Located just 10km from Trapani, Villa del Fiore is set in a lovely garden with a private swimming pool. Situated halfway between the Saline di Trapani (saltpans) nature reserve and the Stagnone lagoon, you are close to sandy beaches (3km) and shops, banks and restaurants in the old town centre of Trapani.

Also within driving distance are the towns and attractions of north-west Sicily such as the Egadi Islands, the Zingaro nature reserve, Marsala and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

The 120 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.

On the ground floor you will find a wellness room (accessed from the outside) with a sauna, Jacuzzi (1.75 m x 2.00 m; depth 0.8 m), multi-sensory shower and bathroom (with toilet).

The main living area is on the first floor where you will find a living/dining area with doors that open onto the terrace outside the property. At one end there is comfortable sofa seating and at the other end you will find a kitchen/dining area (with table and chairs). Also on the first floor you will find a master bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite shower, one twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) and another bedroom (with French bed – 120cm wide). There is also a separate bathroom (with shower).

The outside area is composed of a large garden with a private swimming pool (8 m x 4 m; depth 1.2 m - 2.4 m; Open 01/03 - 30/11). Surrounding the property are terraces where you will find seating and dining areas (with tables and chairs) and by the pool there is a sun terrace where you can soak up the Sicilian sun.
