Unterkunft seit Corona geschlossen

Unterkunft war weder über Koordinaten noch über die Adresse zu finden. Straßen waren wegen der andauernden Regenfälle überspült, unterspült und mit Schlamm und seegroßen, knöcheltiefen Pfützen kaum befahrbar. Glückerweise sind wir in der Abgeschiedenheit nicht liegen geblieben. Parallel läuft eine Beschwerde und die Forderung der Mietrückzahlung und einer Entschädigung, weil wir sofort eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bräuchten. Die haben wir dann teuer in Palermo gefunden. Diese Anfrage wirkt auf mich,wie ein Farce, weil offensichtlich Ihre automatisierte eine Hand nicht weiss, was die menschliche Hand tut. Ich hoffe bald von Ihrem Beschwerdemanagement zu hören.
