With access to a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, you can take a dip and soak up the sunshine in style. We are conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and hospitals, making our condo the perfect choice for both vacationers and business travelers. Book now and enjoy the comfort and convenience of our beautiful condo!
-Pets are allowed in the property! If you want to bring your pets, there will be a $60 fee for each pet and you will be responsible for any damage that the pet may cause.

-You can have 4 outside guests on common areas.

-It is 100% prohibited to have any kind of parties or events in the building.

-Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM on weekdays, and Midnight to 8AM on weekends (Friday & Saturday).

-Pool and shared areas close at 10PM on weekdays and Midnight on weekends (Friday & Saturday).

-Pets are not allowed in the inside gardens and pool area. ($100 Fine).

-Please do not use towels for makeup. ($15 fine for each stained towel)
