I love my stay.

I love my stay! It was comfortable and they have everything you need in the room. They provided lots of pillows!! They have laundry machine in the hallway if you need it. The breakfast is decent but they provide so many options. The place is well-kept. I am definitely using this hotel whenever I will go to Missoula The only thing..on our first day while we were eating breakfast… 2 homeless guy were there eating breakfast and using the bathroom. I dont know how to feel about it tbh because they do need food and other things. Another guest in the hotel werent so happy about it. But I feel like the hotel could have deal with the situation in different way.

Room clean, beds comfortable. Hard pillows. Directive signs clear as mud. Only one mentioned the pool, and it pointed down the hall in the direction of our room. Another door we opened said pool access and led to the back parking lot where the pool area was locked with a chain. Went back inside and finally found the pool access through the breakfast room, where earlier there was a business meeting being held. Strangest place ever. However the pool and spa were nice, and clean. Skip breakfast, they had a handful of pastries and soupy oatmeal, lots of fruit, no oj. Had finner in the onsite restaurant which was good, but very few menu choices.

Pretty run down.carpet in hallway dirty and 100 years old. Room was clean but poorly repaired. Breakfast was cold cereal, or make your own waffles. Everything else was prepackaged. Restaurant food for dinner was poor pub fare and crabby wait staff. The best thing about it was good water pressure, and that’s not saying a lot.

Paid extra for a pet friendly room, then still had to pay the pet fee. The staff was friendly and room nice. However, there was a bunch of hair on the wall of the shower from a previous person and the bathroom doesnt vent so my shower was redundant because i was soaked in sweat trying to dry off.

Poor management! We had key cards that did not work when we turn them back into the desk and informed them that they did not work they checked us out. When they checked us out they refunded two days of our stay. Of course the money did not hit my account right away. When they realized their mistake and that we were still in the room they tried to get the money back out of my account. I went down to the front desk and I explained to them that the money had not hit my account yet at which point I didn't even know what was going on because they did not call and talk to me about this mess, but I told them that when the money hit my account I would come back and give the money back to them. When the money hit my account I went back down to the front desk twice and talk to them about giving the money back to them neither person I spoke to knew what to do I was asked to come back Monday morning when the manager was there. in the meantime, they had decided to take money off of a bank card that belong to someone else that was there with me. They did this without discussion or authorization! our room and our bathroom was not cleaned properly at any time. I was so frustrated and disappointed with my stay there that I will never go back there again nor do I recommend anybody else stay there! I don't normally do these reviews but I feel what they did was a shady and disrespectful practice of busi
