Just a massive misrepresentation of the hotel in my humble opinion. The reviews talk about cleanliness and service and and blah blah blah. They don't clean the rooms are empty the trash bins during your stay. They don't make the beds they don't change the towels. The beds are disgustingly uncomfortable. And ants were walking through my room on day two.

For the price, it was fine. Clean enough. Mattresses probably haven't been replaced since the place opened, and bed is very creaky. But all in all, it's what I expected for the price. Front desk clerk was excellent and very kind.
