My daughter and I stayed at a hotel in Anaconda (no names) that cost almost double Holiday Inn's rates and it wasn't nearly as clean nor comfortable (beds mainly). Kuddos to The Holiday Inn Express in Missoula!!!

I came in late at night and the staff put me on hold to wait another 10 minutes before they even let the driver know to come get me. This delayed me even further. Holiday Inn Express actually shares a van with the hotel next door. During the day, it was prompt. Not so late at night when they were short on staff. When I got to check-in, they tried to charge me $20 more than Expedia stated; even in the end, it was more than I was told thru Expedia. My option was to accept it or get another hotel somewhere else in the wee hours of the morning.
