The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The self check in worked well. You can ask the staff in the cafe if you need anything. However, there is no one around in the evening after 7:00. We had trouble with some very noisy guys who were out on the balcony talking loudly and smoking pot. At about 11:00, I went out on our balcony and politely asked them if they could keep it down. One guy apologized and said they would be quieter. They continued talking loudly and laughing until at least 1:30 p.m. We didn’t get to sleep until they left the balcony. Nobody to call.

Very cute rooms - loved the included hammock. The outdoor equipment was great although ai was unsure of how to access. The Dog Cafe said it would be open until 10pm and was closed at 8 when we went to get smores stuff

My mom is on hospice. We came last minute because of an emergency. Booked through expedia for 2 nights. Needed a third night and Julie was so nice! She gave us the same price and kept us in our room. Julie is great at customer service! Everyone there was very nice. We will need to come back sometime soon and will be choosing the LOGE!!

Property was nothing special. Parking was a disaster. Room was exceptionally basic. Besides the equipment room, which wasn't very useful given there was no staff on-site and Dog Wash wasn't even open texted hours, you could do much better elsewhere.

I had 2 small issues. For some reason when I filled out my online form with ID and credit card it did not kick out a text or email with room number and code so I had to call. The other issue was there was no coffee in our room even though there should be. Such a disappointment as we were up really late and wanted to just enjoy some coffee with out going out. The room is clean. I love not having to check in. Located in easy walking distance to downtown. We will stay here again.

This was definitely a unique hotel. Everything is pretty much self service. The room looked very clean but we did find unknown hairs in the bathroom and after walking barefoot on the floor we noticed our feet needed wiping off...not disgusting just could be cleaned a little better. Also, we were not told there was a communal self service "closet" for extra towels, cups, etc. The entry configuration is difficult if you have a lot of baggage. All in all, we would stay here again as the location can't be beat and the room overall was great.

I appreciated the staff at the cafe allowing me to enter my room an hour early without charge. The facility is much like a college dorm. Thin walls make for noisy times. Squishy bed and pillows. The room aesthetic is like being in a gym. Parking available but tight. Some will find this a cool site. Just not my preference.

We really loved the Loge Missoula! Contemporary and so comfortable. Easy access into the heart of Missoula. Great cafe on first level. Friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again! Wish we could have stayed longer :)
