Un safe parking people smoking marijuanain the parking lot so there is drugs in the hotel kids playing in the work out room hardly and one at the front desk took me two time to get my trash taken out I’ll be back Sunday hoping my trash and bathroom is cleaned

Parking too tight, luggage carts suck bad, bedsheets flimsy and don't stay on, doors not slam on carts from entry to room, trash outside always full, bedside lamp stand needs 4-6 " wider for CPAP etc. toilet paper holder too far back strain to reach from throne. Staff amazing, rooms great, new towels awesome, kitchenette great, clothes area, bed support great, tv great, bathroom great.

There was no LIVE person at the desk to help or as an alternative to the self check in which was clunky and annoying. The promised email didn't work - navigating to the guest page resulted in a "webpage not available" screen - and again, there was no one at the desk to help. Since this is a new property, everything physical was in good condition and relatively clean.

The staff was very nice and friendly, but the floors in our room and bathroom were really dirty. Visible spills and drips from previous guests were on the floors as well as all around visible dirt and hair. I did some cleaning so I could feel comfortable- including cleaning grime off of light switch plates and brown “bits” off the front (outside the bowl) of the toilet.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The shower water temp was lukewarm. The sheets were scratchy. There was a kitchenette but no supplies. You had to purchase items to use the kitchen. We were on the 3rd floor and you could hear the people above you. And on top of all our disappointment, the cost of the room was pricey--$250 for a Saturday night. We will not stay at this hotel brand again.
