The surrounding area had homeless people everywhere. Air conditioning was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. Shower had mold around the edges and the room was smelly. There was rodent droppings in the corner of the lobby area. This was the worst place I have ever been. Checked out and found a cleaner friendlier place to say. Expedia needs to vet places before listing them as places to book.

when we got to our room, it was super cold as the air was blowing full force. We tried to change the settings and it was either on or off. The bathroom was awful - not clean and the floor was full of debris. No kleenex in the box, no bag in the ice container which was filthy. We would have left if there were any other available options for the night. The place is old and obviously falling apart. We have stayed there previously but this was the worst! NEVER AGAIN!

Room was not clean. Floor was dirty, found ants in the corner next to the bed. Food was left from previous occupants in the fridge. Mosquitoes in the room. Called front desk to let them know and was told they will contact housekeeping but nobody showed up.

The beds were super comfy. The linens looked, smelled, and felt fresh and clean. While everything else was very clean and smelled nice--the ceiling in the shower had a mold spot. The space was very relaxing for the night.

The rooms did not match the pictures on the website. Our room was dated and not cleaned well. The exterior was dated and not kept. It worked for a one-night stay, but I doubt I would book any extended stay here.

Could improve cleaning.

This hotel is very run down, and the floor of my room was pretty dirty. The bathroom had one light out, and paint was peeling. The towels and sheets were very clean. The Main lobby was dark and could use a uplift. The work out room has only broken equipment and is very dirty. I don't mind low ammenities, I just was hoping for clean.

I would never stay here again. My kids took their shoes off and their feet would turn black instantly from the floors. They don’t clean the floors so look at the parking lot. That is what the floors are like. Bring slippers.

B’aaaad hotel and room

Absolutely the worst. Hotels.com rates this property with 2.5 stars. But this hotel has nothing. Not even a coffee maker on the room. Carpets are dirty. Building is old and falling apart. Room rate is very high. No pool and no fitness center.

Not Red Lion quality

Hotel is very run down. Beams in the roof are rotted. Springs in the Chair in the room were gone and you sank in the hole. Unrepaired holes in the walls. No towels in the room and when we asked for some at the front desk we were told they were out. Had to use hand towels to dry off after a shower. Front desk staff were so tied to their phones that they barely acknowledged us in the morning.
