The air was not working in one of our rooms. It was 78 degrees and stuffy. They said they didn’t know but there was a swamp cooler that the maintenance guy replaced the ice packs at 11pm so the room would have some air flow. The evening staff and morning staff were not on the same page.

Everything was good except no AC! We were so hot the entire night and it just kept getting hotter as the night went on. They had a fan in here which helped somewhat but we called to have someone come look at it and no one ever came.

Avoid! There is a better option across the stree.

Hidden in the fine print is that they will charge you an extra $10 per day to have the audacity to actually drive your own car to the hotel. I have been staying for years even before it was bought out by Marriott. This is not a case where you have a hotel located in a busy downtown with limited parking available, this is simply the case of a greedy franchise owner trying to nickel and dime their clients. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

We were on a cross country trip with our grandchildren and this was a one night stay between Cody. WY and Leavenworth, WA. Let restate this was the BEST one night stay of the whole 2 week trip. The grands loved the waterpark slides and pool. A big highlight. Thank you Marriott!

Connie at the front desk was very unhelpful and somewhat patronizing. Called our room early in the AM when we were all sleeping knowing we had a late arrival. Got in at 1:30am due to a flight delay. We were refused a late check out. Walls were thin and housekeeping was excessively loud in the morning. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. They give each bed 3 pillows. I didn't even ask for a sack breakfast knowing my kids would miss breakfast that ended at 9am because they needed to sleep, because Connie was so Karen-like. Would prefer the C'mon Inn who has nice staff, amenities and restaurants nearby.
