This hotel was disgusting! Smell was awful in the halls, the carpets were 40+ years old, the rooms were dirty. I dont think the floor had been mopped in weeks.

The staff was very accommodating when we checked in and we needed a room with a recliner and made sure the room had a recliner in it. However, the room smelled awful and the recliner was broken and very nasty as was the carpet. BADLY needs updated. Definitely was not up to par for Super 8. especially with the Super 8 in Cody WY being so wonderful!!!

This hotel is inexpensive and the entire stay reflects this. We just needed a quick stop to sleep and shower The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the shower was hot. That being said, we received what we sought. The staff on their phone in breakfast area is unprofessional, especially when items needed a refill.

I reserved a king room & got 2 queens which I didn’t want or would have reserved. The outlets in the bathroom wouldn’t hold my dryer cord in, kept falling out. The Kleenex box was all rusted & the fan had a bearing out. & was unable to use. No coffee maker or ice bucket, glasses. The fridge was iced up, & plugged into an electrical strip with 6 other things plugged into it. There were people outside our window from 2-5 a.m. yelling, obviously intoxicated or impaired, then pounding on doors.
