Our apartments are spacious and contain everything you are used to from home. The apartments are u. a. equipped with washing machine, flat screen TV with DVD / video, stereo and DSL WLAN connection. The kitchens have i. D.R. about dishwasher. Our house is located in the center of the municipality of Mittelkirchen. On the opposite side of the road is the river Lühe, which flows into the Elbe after about 4 km. In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find a small EDEKA market and a restaurant with a sun terrace right on the Lühe. To reach everything within a radius of approx. 50 m. The following transport connections are available: bus to Stade, Buxtehude, Jork, Steinkirchen approx. 50 m away; Autobahn A26 approx. 6 km, S-Bahn connection towards Hamburg - Cuxhaven approx. 6 km; Ferry connection Lühe - Schulau 4km

Schöner Jahreswechsel

Wir haben zu dritt den Jahreswechsel in Mittelnkirchen verbracht. Die FeWo ist modern und sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hat schöne Tipps für Hamburg-Reisen parat und ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Man kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Overall happy

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had just about everything one could need. Just a few things to alert others...The stairs leading to the 2nd floor were very steep and narrow. Parking can be tight when all units are rented out. There is no AC, so if the weather gets warm, the apartment will as well. Jorg was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and he assisted us when we were having issues with the washer. Overall the apartment served our needs.

Lovely location

This was our first trip to Hamburg and our host was very accommodating and helpful with advice on how to use the ferry system to get across the river into Hamburg and where to eat. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the outdoor patio area for the next apartment is directly outside a glass wall which looks directly into the hallway and bedrooms of our apartment. There was a group of workers staying in the other apartment who spent a lot of time out there drinking and smoking which made it awkward as they could see directly into our apartment. We didn’t realize this was going to be an issue and my son woke up with one of them staring into his room. After that we shut the curtains and kept them closed for the rest of our stay. Overall it was a nice place and we would stay again if ever we’re back in the area.

Sehr abgewohnte Wohnanlage

Diese Wohnung ist für kleine Kinder in keiner Weise geeignet. Nur über eine steinerne,steile Eisentreppe ist diese Wohnung nur von aussen zu erreichen. Balkonntür, die nur von aussen mit einem Knauf verschlossen wird führt in die Wohnung. Kann von Innen nicht verschlossen werden. Drückt jemand von aussen den Knauf, kommt man nicht mehr aus der Wohnung.Balkon wir mit der Nachbarwohnung geteilt. Keine Rauchmelder in den Wohnungen. Keine Absperrung vor der steilen Treppe. Schlechte, durchgelegene Matratzen. In den Steckdosen keine Kindersicherung. Gardine im Einbettzimmer riss beim anfassen schon fast auseinander. Möbel auf dem Balkonbereich waren für unsere Wohnung nur für zwei Personen vorgesehen. Abtrennung zur Nachbarhälfte ein schmaler Paravent. Möglichkeiten Mahlzeiten in der Wohnung einzunehmen nur am Küchentresen mit hohen Stühlen. Für das Kind, 3 Jahre, nicht geeignet. Im Bad sind die schönen runden Waschbecken völlig unpraktisch. In der Dusche ist der Duschschlauch zu kurz. Füße können nicht abgeduscht werden. Ausserdem keinerlei Ablagen in der Dusche. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht weiter empehlen. Kreative Einrichtung

Das alte Land ist wunderschön. Lage für Ausflüge ideal. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Allerding war aus der Beschreibung nicht zu erkennen, dass sich ein Heimwerker verwirklicht hat und das Inventar aus gebrauchten, zusammengesuchten Möbeln mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren zusammengesetzt war. Nachhaltigkeit in Ehren, dies war für uns aus der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar. Auch wir hätten gerne unsere Mahlzeiten an einem Esstisch, anstatt einer Küchentheke mit Barhockern, eingenommen. Wer nachts Ruhe und erholsamen Schlaf sucht, sollte auf Grund der Lage (Durchgangsstraße Schwerlastverkehr) an der Dorfstraße die Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen. Das Haus (Fenster und Fassade) könnte insgesamt eine Renovierung vertragen.

Sehr schöne großzügige FeWo. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, wobei der Eßplatz am Tresen vorgesehen ist. Man hat aber im Außenbereich genügend Alternativen. Es gibt TV und Musikanlage, so dass auch die Unterhaltung bei Bedarf gesichert ist. Tolle Lage im "Alten Land".

Vollständig ausgestattet, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und man findet alles, was man in einer Wohnung benötigt. Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr nett, telefonisch gut erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wie beschrieben führt eine Treppe hoch zur Wohnung im 1. Stock, die kein Problem darstellt, wenn man normal gut zu Fuß ist (Metalltreppe mit Durchblick nach unten). Auf dem Gemeinschaftsbalkon muss man sich mit den Gästen der Nachbarwohnung arrangieren oder einen der Plätze im Garten nutzen (mehrere Liegen und Grills). Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus. Für uns ist die Wohnung eine Empfehlung.

Wir wohnten 4 Nächte im Apartmenthaus Blütenzauber und fanden eine sehr moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung vor. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Wetter war für die Jahreszeit ebenfalls sehr schön, so daß wir all unsere geplanten Ausflüge ins Alte Land, Cuxhaven und Hamburg(mit der Fähre) realisieren konnten. Für mich und meine beiden erwachsenen Kinder war die Wohnung für ein WE passend.

Der gesamte Eindruck ist gut. Es fehlt ein Tisch zum Essen. Für das Frühstück aber voll ok. Recht nah gelegen an Fähre Finkenwerder. Damit geht's auf der Elbe zur Stadt. Super Geheimtipp!

Helle, gemütliche Wohnung
