schöne Wohnung mit Seeblick

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße und hat vier Wohneinheiten. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Schnitt und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine der oberen Wohnungen hier gibt es 2 Parkplätze, einen Grill und einen Garten mit Zugang zum See. Der Garten und der Seezugrang ist für alle Mietparteien. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe an uns waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Es gibt viel anzusehen, in Motzen selbst gibt es eine Badestelle. In Kallinchen (ein Dorf weiter von Motzen) gibt es ein Seebad. An anderen Seen Boote mieten oder in Bunkerführungen mitmachen. Auch der Spreewald ist nicht weit weg, eine Kahnfahrt ist hier empfehlenswert.

Geniale Fewo mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Lage des Feriengrundstückes ist mit dem direkten Zugang zum See genial. Das Grundstück ist groß und gepflegt. Das Gebäude ist gut gegen Hitze gedämmt. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind in Ordnung Die Gastgeber lassen viele Freiheiten. Kleine Wermutstropfen: Wir hatten die Terasse zur Straße hin. Es fahren zwar wenige Autos, aber die hört man lange und laut. Das zweite ist das WLAN, in welches man sich immer wieder neu einloggen muss, auch wenn man die Wohnung nicht verlässt. Das Sofa war für 4 Personen etwas klein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und besonders den See sehr genossen.

Moderne Wohnung in schöner Lage

Sehr schöne, moderne, großzügige Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den See. Sinnvoll ausgestattet. Eine Basisausstattung der wichtigsten Sachen (Klopapier, Salz, Seife, Kaffeefilter, etc) war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war nett und unkompliziert.
