Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable timber house 800 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 houses in the residence. In the district of Kranzbach 3 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a sunny position on a slope, 11 km from the lake, 13 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with meadow, courtyard, swimming pool round fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Aich" 11 km. Mountain railway 16 km, ski lift 13 km.
