Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean but as a Westerner, the beds are too had an uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. TVs should be updated where customers can BlueTooth to the TV for streaming (not everyone speaks Japanese or wants to watch Japanese television). Shower head/water pressure feels like you are being pelted with needles. Dryer function on washing machine does not work well so be prepared to air dry which takes a long time. Otherwise, very centrally located and we completely enjoyed our stay.

８泊したのですが１回清掃が入りました。部屋も清潔でタオルの予備も引き出しにあり部屋の外にもいつでも不足分をフロントまで取りに行かなくて良いようにアメニティも置いてあり良かったです。ただ、３人で泊まったのでソファーをベットとして使ったのでテレビがソファーベットの人しか見れず、ダイニングで食べてるときもテレビは音声だけ聞いてる感じになってしまったのが少し残念でした。でも８泊快適に過ごせました。

部屋の中に設置されたゴミ箱近くの床が汚れていたことと、隣室の声や音が気になりましたが、受付の女性のスタッフの方たちにはとても気持ちよく対応していただけて、快適に過ごせました。 場所も凄く便な位置ですので、池間島にも、伊良部島にも、東平安名岬にも、どこにでもすぐに行けます。 また、大型のドラッグストアが徒歩圏なので、何も困りません。

今回の旅行で初めて宿泊させて頂きました。飛行機の遅延で1泊キャンセルになりましたが、スタッフの方がとても親切にしてくれました。お部屋も綺麗でしたし、また行く機会があったらお世話になりたいです。

客房好寬敞、整潔而且舒適，設備、用具都好齊備，成個resort好幽靜同舒服。Check-in時查詢租車服務，員工雖然英語唔流利，但係都好熱心幫助，翌日有一位中國籍員工幫手，亦都好好禮貌（同時日文都好流利，好厲害）。泊車有好多位置，可以直接泊喺住宿出面，兩三步就可以返到房間，非常方便！不過附近就無乜便利店同餐廳，揸車會比較好。
