古いホテルながら客室は小綺麗にされていた。風呂屋、トイレについてもいつかはわからないがリフォームされた感じを受けた。 朝食についても洗濯できるメニューは比較的多く、宮崎ならではの冷汁や肉じゃがなども並んでいた。女性には、アメニティグッズの提供もあった。こちらには大浴場はないが、近隣に温泉施設もあり、サウナも併設していた。期間限定ではあると思うが、チェックアウトの際に福引のサービスがあり今回アルファーワン前店で使える金券を5000円いただいた非常にありがたかったです。また利用させていただきます。

朝食が大変充実しており、バリエーションも豊富で、とてもよかったです。部屋も清潔で快適に過ごさせて頂きました。改善の要望としては革靴のメンテ用のクロスがあればうれしいです。また、エントランスの階段に、スーツケース用と思われる、スロープを付けて頂いていますが、もう少し、幅が広いとより使いやすいです。
