I came to this trip as a solo traveler and I had a good experience here. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. The surrounding area is full of shops and restaurants, you will never run out of options since all of them are so close by.

I loved my stay here! The room was very clean and the layout was really unique to the places I've stayed at - very spacious for 3 people! The complimentary breakfast was surprising because there was a lot of variety and options, so it was a nice surprise to end my stay with. The location was great too. It's located near a lot of shops and food, so there's plenty of things within walkable distance. The only complaint I had was parking was a bit confusing since it was located at the Don Quijote.

Disappointing.

Stayed for one night and was glad it's just one night. I felt that I stayed in better hotels with the same pricing. My biggest issue with the hotel is the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom especially wasn't spotless. Also the carpets in the room looked really worn out with stains and water marks all around.

The English ability of the hotel staff needs to be improved. I was there during the 神宮大祭, it was the peak season at Miyasaki. Hotel told me to checkin at 3pm (I was there early at 2pm), when i's back, they said rooms were not ready. Then they gave me a room which was not fully cleaned up, but they can provide tge rooms for ALL the Japanese immediately. I'll nof stay there anymore.

繁華街に近く大変便利な場所でした。室内は2人分の荷物も十分広げられ、清潔で過ごしやすかったです。コンセントの数や場所も良かったです。朝ごはんも美味しく頂きました。提携の駐車場がちょっと離れていましたが、問題なかったです。

종류는 많지 않으나 무료조식을 할 수 있어 좋았음. 저녁 12시까지 커피 등의 음료를 무료로 제공한 점도 좋았음. 일회용 슬리퍼가 없어 아쉬웠고 주차장이 협소하여 인근 돈키호테 주차장을 이용하였는데 다소 불편함. 침구는 평범했고 바디워시 등이 좋은 냄새가 아니라 아쉬움
