Very unfair

They show a pool on their Advertisement on Hotels.com. Their pool was closed and has been closed for several weeks according to their desk clerk. When we told them we rented because of the pool they displayed on their Hotels.com, advertisement. They still charged us when we declined the reservation without ever going in the room or using any of their facilities. Apparently Hotels.com supports this sort of fraudulent representation. They claimed we could use a pool at some other motel. That was not acceptable. The pool photo is still featured in their advertisment although the pool does not work. .

The one thing that really, really upset us was the fact that the pool was closed. The pool is featured prominently on the Expedia web site and is listed under the amenities of this hotel. The pool had a sign stating that is was closed for the season, however, it was quite obvious that it had been closed for months, if not years. We thought this was very deceptive advertising on the hotel's part. We can expecting a pool and there was none. We reported this incident to Expedia, so hopefully, no one else will be deceived by this. And secondly, the hotel is dated and run-down. The furniture in the rooms was very worn as was the carpet. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was OK. In addition, the people in the room next to us had their TV on loud literally all night long, which was quite annoying. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel.

Not well maintained, service was poor at front desk, condition of facility leaves a lot to desire, bathroom not clean, carpets look disgusting.

The place is in Moab which is close to Arch National park but all of the living conditions are poor : - dirty room - virtuallt no service at front desk - Tv did not work - poor breakfast

Was convenient and one of the most budget friendly places in this tourist trap town. TV, Ice, Coffee all worked. Friendly staff. Pool sign says 'closed for the season' when this IS THE SEASON. AC wouldn't keep up except in the middle of the night . Breakfast was your average continental offerings

The staff was great and friendly. The pictures on here aren’t updated compared to in real life. It’s an older in person. But it was a good stay. Would recommend staying here. Would go back there again.

The website advertises a pool, NO pool, although we were offered to go to a free water park. There was a junkyard mess in the back of the building. Carpets could be cleaner in the hallway. Price was right.

Rehaul The Days Inn

The building was run down and decrepit. It was hot in the building but the room was cool enough. The rooms and bathrooms and entire building needs a complete upgrade. The keys didn't work for the door no matter how many times the manager rescanned and reprogrammed them. The pool was busted and old. Definitely needs a total rehaul.

The beds were nice and the people were nice upfront, but the pool was closed. Never said anything about it being closed and the bedroom smell and it takes a long time for the water to heat up. I pay a lot of money for this.

I liked the initial support and kindness and attitude of my staff person who checked me in. He was there and quite stressed out in the morning when his person who was supposed to work on the breakfast had not shown up. It took him a little time but he hurriedly tried to get breakfast items together.
