Welcome to Laughing Labs at the Rim Vista townhome complex located just 5 minutes south of town in a picturesque setting. This two level townhome is fully equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay away from home. Great place for families and kids.

The townhome comfortably sleeps eight and seats eight at the dining table and within the living area. There are four bedrooms, the master suite located downstairs features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, bedroom 2 features a king bed, bedroom 3 features a queen bed, and bedroom 4 two standard twin beds. Pack N Play provided.

Prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen or grill out on the patio using a natural gas grill without the hassle of refilling propane. The patio is shaded in the early evening and is a great place to relax at the end of the day with views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim.

During the warmer seasons enjoy the community pool, tennis/basketball court, or playground area and the spa during any season.

Enjoy the incredible outdoors that canyon country has to offer and just a 5 minute drive from Moab. The townhome is in close proximity to Arches and Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Has easy access to all levels of mountain biking, four wheeling, hiking, rock climbing, world renown crack climbing at Indian Creek, sport climbing at Mills Creek, canyoneering, paddle boarding, rafting, petroglyphs, spectacular photography, golfing, museums and shopping.

Everything was great! Our group spent quite a bit of time in the home playing games and hanging out. We also loved the basketball and tennis courts that were available! Location is perfect to downtown Moab, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Overall a nice stay. We did four nights here. Place is nice and clean. Feels pretty new. Pool and hot tub is close by. A few things to consider. Garage didn't fit my truck. There is parking out in front of the garage which helps but lots of people parking in the same area. Location is a little ways outside of town but good overall. I'd definitely stay again.

Nice home

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The vehicle we had for our vacation didn’t fit into the garage and was difficult to park in the area provided if the neighbors also had their vehicles parked - just a heads up for any larger vehicles. It’s an end unit. There is also a neighborhood sidewalk right outside the unit for those who love morning walks and was closer to the unit than I expected. Owner was communicative and responsive!

Moab Family Vacation

We loved Andrea’s home in Moab! We spent our days at Canyonlands, Arches, Dead Horse, Hell’s Revenge with Moab Cowboy and a e-bike petroglyph tour up Kane Creek with Pedego. The home was welcoming, very clean and well stocked. Location was great and beds were comfortable. Andrea was easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. We would stay here again if we find ourselves back in Moab!

Nice property. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was suppose to be working but was not. Owner offered a credit without me asking for it. I really appreciated that. The only thing that we didn’t like was the fence on one side of the property had a green barrier fabric in the fence which blocked the view 4 bedrooms really nice. Beds were great. The community was very quiet during February. Nice location.

Great location for Arches and Canyonlands

Had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s place in Moab! It was a great location for both Arches and Canyonlands. Overall the house itself was very comfortable. The beds were fantastic. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again! Thanks Andrea!
