Unfortunately our room was directly over the check in desk and we heard the luggage noise all day and night long. Very noisy but the pool was great and staff was very nice.

The staff is great at this hotel, the breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable. We were given a special needs room which was not so great. The shower was awkward and water ran onto the bathroom floor, the shower curtain was stained and the sheets were also stained. I’ve stayed in a lot of Holiday Inn’s and most of them were better than this one.
