We paid. They didn't have a room for us on arrival

We purchased a room with two queen beds. When we arrived, the told us they didn't have any left. They wanted me to sleep on a king sized bed with my dad. I didn't pay for that. Getting a refund was a lengthy process. First, why was I told that I would NOT be refunded? Second, why did I have to talk to a bunch of people for a refund?

Great location

The fan in the bathroom would not shut off, running constantly. We anotified the staff, but they said they could not repair it. We had to have them shut the fan off completely, which was OK. The hot tub was great: hot with strong jets. The tile was stained in places and there were some big chipped areas inside the tub along the seat. Great location at the north end of town close to the entrance to Arches.

Disappointed, shade broke half , half down front desk worked on it. Sink drain broke does not drain. Very low water flow in shower. We stay in IHG Express because of quality and breakfast but we’re very let down for high price

Great and reasonably priced hotel. A little bit off the main road so traffic noise is not an issue. The hotel and rooms are very clean and staff was very friendly upon check in. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Beautiful outdoor pool. Would stay agin.
