No clean towels were offered… no maid service between days… toilet had rust residue resembling a toilet that had long standing water in it… needed cleaning.

This is an old run down hotel in a good location. The beds and linens were good. Everything else was sad. The ice machine was nasty. The stairs were nasty. The pool looked nothing like the picture in the ad. I wish i had paid more and stayed at a better place.

Pluses: Convenient, less expensive than most in Moab, remodeled bathroom, partial view. Minuses: Despite the name, this is a motel, NOT a hotel. First room we were given, none of the lights worked. Second room was better, though some of the lights still didn’t work. Outside railing was gross with bird droppings.

Great spot on the main strip. Easy walk to food and shopping. Room was clean, A/c and fridge was good, Shower was good. No complaints. Wife enjoyed the sunny pool and hot tub area. We brought a trailer for our motorbikes, there are only 3 spots that can accommodate truck and trailer. We got lucky and got a good spot.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in Moab, and within walking distance to many eateries and shops. Our bathroom was a little dirty (hair on the floor), but other than that everything was fine.

Loved the showers, the beds were comfortable. Didn't like that the curtains had to be pushed up in the window for the AC to work and didn't cover the windows fully allowing light in during the night and mornings. Other than that, it was great.

Nice hotel near Arches and Canyonlands

The room was nice and clean. The shower had a double shower head which was nice but the tub was slow to drain. Also, our neighbors were fighting and cursing outside of their room every evening during our 3 night stay which was annoying.

From the start, check in front clerk was rude, went to the room, smelled musty, not clean, string cheese wrapper and rubber hair ties were on the floor between the bed and nightstand, light bulb out by bathroom sink, toilet wouldnt flush unless you held the handle all the way down till toilet did the complete flush, asked to have room cleaned, they did minimal, and when i did speak to front desk clerk, she was very rude and rude on the phone when i asked for more toilet paper and facial tissue which we never got.
