The pool and spa were closed for cleaning and no discount offered. The rooms smelled very bad, like maybe sewage backup? Otherwise it was ok.

It's at the very end of MOAB so all the stuff you need is either a long walk back, or a short drive. HOT TUB smelled like sewage. Didnt go in. Pool was decent. Room was actually pretty good. Morning breaky was meh. Coffee was actually not terrible! Only reason I wouldn't go back is the location to all the fun stuff in town.

Place was dirty , smelling , didn't look the same in web site picture. They show us 2 rooms still the same. I won't recommend this place , smell animals pee . Need make "NO PET ROOMS" ONE WHOLE WHOLE FLOOR ! ! !

Good Stay

We had a late check in and the parking lot was pretty full but when checking in the desk clerk offered us a choice of ground level or higher. I thought that was nice of him to offer us a choice. This is a pet friendly hotel and when we got to our room there was some small carpet damage, most likely from another guest's dog. I let the front desk know and they immediately offered to switch us to a different room. We were fine with the room, I just asked the the damage be noted so they didn't think our dog did it when we left. At checkout I again let them know about the damage and inquired to make sure it had been noted with the desk manager assured me it had been. Overall the stay was a good one. Every interaction with an employee was positive.

The front desk staff are great, they made checking in easy. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and include everything you need to feel at home. The decor is modern, yet warm. They offer a pool & indoor hot tub/spa. Breakfast is included too!

We stayed here after immediately leaving another motel. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The room was extremely comfortable. I honestly got the best nights sleep on our entire 4 day trip. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect end.

Room was tiny. The bathroom is very cramped. The shower made me feel like I was in an RV shower- very low showerhead, ceiling is low. Care is needed for the room and for the building. Parking was not great either- large vehicles and buses appear to need to park on the street of a busy highway.
