Clean, nice room, but noisy.

The room was spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC was quiet. Because of a power loss that included the whole of Moab (the hotel had zero responsibility in the matter), we could only use it briefly. No breakfast is offered. The room was quite small, compared to the average American hotel standard. More European size. The worst part was the noise (which is a pity vs everything else that is positive). The window offers zero noise insulation (and luckily we were at the last floor - but Moab is pick-truck and jeep/rock crawlers' heaven, so...), the room doors have no mechanism to close them slowly and are not noise insulating, so lot of slamming (also because guests are generally not courteous and don't close doors slowly...). The floor was creaking loudly. We could hear people talking in the room next to ours (and they were not shouting). If you are a light sleeper, bring a noise machine, or find another accommodation. The location is good, and allows to reach on foot many of the restaurants and shops in downtown Moab. The Arches park is just 5 mins drive away.

Fine place to stay

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms have wood floors, which look nice, but we heard the people in the room above us walking throughout the night. It woke us up throughout the night and was much worse then other hotels where we have stayed.

Stay here for Arches!

Amazing staff. Very clean room. King bed was huge, bathroom was also spacious. Pool was clean. Super short drive to Arches and also conveniently close to downtown Moab.

Recently renovated

I've stayed at this property several times. There is plenty of parking and it's walking distance to everything in town. The lobby is dated, but the staff is lovely and the rooms have been recently renovated and are very stylish. Rooms are well equipped except for one item that I wish they'd consider adding - a coffee maker. There is nothing worse than having to dress and go to a lobby to get a cup a coffee first thing in the morning. It would make this property exceptional.
