1. The deck is large and has stunning views. Please watch children closely to prevent falls. The railing is protective and to code, but we would not want anyone to fall.
2. The loft: please keep off the platform that is located off the loft, where the eagle is landing
3. Please keep children off the ping pong table, or from rough-housing around it as the legs are not built for this kind of activity.
4. The drapes in the great room are hung from spring tension rods. If pulled down, they are easily put back up. Please inform us if they are pulled down and we will hang them back up for you.

Cozy house in the mountains

The house is located in the mountains about 30-min drive from Moab. It's a quiet secluded place with stunning views. Be sure to double-check the address and the exact location ahead of time because maps may lead you to a different location, and the mobile signal in the area can be unstable. The house has 4 private bedrooms, one open space with a bed under the roof and large open space with 4 beds in the ground floor. Keep in mind that the ground-floor area doesn't have windows and was a bit chilly during our stay in April. All in all the house is great, we enjoyed staying there, especially in the evenings during sunsets.
