The Moab Pearl is the perfect retreat for a couple, family, or small group. This modern, colorful two bedroom plus loft, two bath house sleeps up to six. Professionally decorated, the Moab Pearl offers elegance yet comfort with a large great room adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The master and guest rooms both feature King beds. There are no stairs at Pearl making it very accessible for most visitors. Parking at The Pearl is spacious as it features a circle drive so trailed vehicles can be easily accommodated.

The 360° degree views of the sharp red rock cliffs and La Sals can’t be beat. The home sits on 1.4 acres so there are no neighbors obstructing your views. Enjoy them outside, or inside a house that offers thermal mass cooling and passive solar design. Immerse yourself in Moab's brilliant night sky from the hot tub situated in a quite rural setting. You’re only 3 miles south of downtown so you'll be happy you stayed here.

The bedrooms will delight you with colorful desert decor and comfortable beds. You will get a restful and relaxing night's sleep nestled in the high-quality organic linens. The deep windows, a trademark of the straw bale construction, are adorned with unique furnishings everyone will enjoy. Two full bathrooms allows you to get ready and out to the desert in no time.

Other amenities include fast Wi-Fi, extended living space patios and a hot tub to recycle your tired muscles for the next day’s adventures. A smart Roku TV, washer and dryer, gas fire pit are also included. The home features radiant floors and complementary HVAC heat. Both heat and the air conditioning are powered by numerous yet inconspicuous solar panels so keep that thermostat where you like it.

Unlike most vacation rentals we've experienced, we provide products for at least a week, not just your arrival. You will find laundry supplies, dish soap, garage bags, plastic wrap, foil, napkins and more. We provide Jason's body wash, but please bring your preferred shampoo and conditioner for that unique hat rack!

If you'd rather stay out of your car for the day, the Hidden Valley and Pipe Dream trailheads are just a stone’s throw away.

We know you love your pooch as much as we love ours, so for a small per/pet fee you can bring one along. Please help us stay pet-friendly by taking your hair home with you and cleaning up after your furry friend. The pet fee does not include hair or waste removal. The property is spacious but not fenced so you'll need to key an eye out for your pet's waste. Please note the National Parks do not allow pets, or pets to be left in vehicles.

If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

Best place I have stayed

This was one of the best properties I have stayed at in a long time. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with appliances. The location was just outside of the main part of town and close to hiking trails. And what a view! We cooked there two nights of our stay and it was better than the restaurants! Highly recommend this place.

Comfortable with good access to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands

The mornings out on the patio by the fire pit were delightful. The hot tub was of very good quality and well maintained. We gave it a 4 only because the cookware was lacking and the second bedroom was smaller than we would prefer. Othewise highly recommend.

Lovely spot close to National Parks

We spent a week hiking Canyonlands and Arches National Parks and this location and size of the home was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the proximity to the parks.

We love the Moab Pearl

Our family loves The Pearl. We appreciate a lot of things about it but my 2 favorite things are the view of the La Sals and red rock cliffs from the living room, and the proximity to the Hidden Valley trail. Thanks much to the owners for sharing this house with us!

Peaceful and Beautiful

The Pearl is beautiful and in a very gorgeous and peaceful location! Loved the fire pit and hot tub and numerous outdoor sitting areas! Beautiful desert landscaping! Although there are neighbors it still feels very private ! We would recommend staying here to everyone!

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay in Moab. The house is fantastic with all the amenities one can need. Very clean and plenty of lovely outdoor spaces. Excellent base camp for both Arches and Canyonlands. Our son especially loved turning the loft into his own personal gaming area. Highly recommend!

Short stay in May

We stay at the Pearl for a wedding in Moab. It is such a beautiful location. I cant fully explain the feeling of being there. The views from the patios and the living room were truly breathtaking. There is so much to do in the area, but when you're staying at this property it is tough to leave. The kitchen is very well appointed and the furnishings are top quality. There is one neighboring property that shares the driveway although the plantings provide some additional privacy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful accomodations!!

We had a great time here. The indoors has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the outside space really sets it over the top. We spent a ton of time hanging out on the porch taking in the nice weather and views. If we come back to Moab we'll definitely stay here again.

Relaxation and Restoration at The Pearl

My husband and I were looking to get away for some peace and quiet after a particularly busy fall, and The Pearl did not disappoint! We arrived in Moab after a long day on the road, and we had no issues checking in and getting settled - the process was extremely simple! Because it was dark when we arrived, we had no idea of the amazing views we’d see in the morning (including from the primary bedroom!) - the location was fantastic. Steve and Moe’s home is incredibly clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a several day stay, and it’s convenient to so many local attractions, restaurants and shopping. We were sad to leave and look forward to another stay in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Loved it!

Absolutely serene. Pics don’t do it justice! Fully stocked home, with everything you need. They didn’t skimp on the quality paper products either. Will absolutely stay again! My kids are little and my only concern was the loft, as they are crazy sleepers and could roll off, but there was plenty of space on the ground to pull out a full size bed for them! They could have spent the entire vacation playing in the loft :) we brought our old girls and they appreciated the dog blankets left behind and ir was nice to have some dog bowls too! Every family member was thought of. As a pet friendly place—not a whiff of dander or others pets. Seems this home attracts well-behaved furbabies and respectful guests. Not a hair on the couches either. thank you so much for a great vacation.

Moab at THE PEARL

Entire process from start to finish was excellent! Property was as advertised and had everything that we needed. Plenty of information at the home on where things are located inside. Location was outstanding for our various hiking locations in Moab and Canyonlands. It was ideal for our stay and we enjoyed staying there very much. Our next visit to the area will be at this home as well if it is available. Highly recommend staying here to those interested. Thank you for your hospitality!!!!!!

Overall good property, clean, quiet and good location. Lousy air conditioning, mini split in the hallway does not cool either bedroom or the great room! Both Bathrooms lack any place in the showers to hold toilet items. Please spend $30. For a couple of shower caddy’s to hold shampoo etc. also the showers need anti slip floor mats , we slipped in both showers. Again overall a good property, with a very little attention to the showers and additional air conditioning ( this is an extremely hot area) it could be outstanding. Hot tub is very nice. Good parking for the trailer. Well stocked kitchen with all the dishes, pans , spices etc. We did find the kitchen faucet challenging turning on the hot water-needs to be turned a bit.
