New clean hotel with some quirks

Very clean new hotel. Staff was very friendly. Pool was well kept. Wish breakfast was included like most holiday inn hotels but it was a full service restaurant. I ordered oatmeal and it was swimming in hot water not edible. You can add a breakfast package to your room we found out later. Then you can buy coffee drinks and pastries in the lobby but there's free coffee 10 feet away and espresso machines in your room. Very confusing and not explained well.

I make a trip thru Moab several times a year to visit family. This has been the best hotel by far. Super clean, reasonable rate and excellent service. Very grateful I tried it. Exceeded my expectations and the staff were wonderful.
