I seldom leave detailed reviews, but I would title this one: “Don’t believe the beautiful/deceptive website photos.” Our room 109 was clean, but bare. I didn't like the only source of bathroom light: glaring cold LEDs. The worst part of our stay was the noise. Room 109 is the closest room to the front desk. 1. Loud heater: My decibel meter registered 59.9 dB. I woke up EVERY time it turned on. 2. The night clerk could have asked the loud-talking guests at the front desk after 10PM to talk quietly, but didn’t. 3. We woke up . . . again . . . around 2AM and had to go out to ask the night clerk to turn down the lobby music. I go to a hotel to get a night's rest. Didn’t happen. We booked our stay because just 8 days earlier on 12/1/25 expecting a bar and restaurant. Not operational yet, we were told. But we had slept well and that room had a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed an included “grab and go” breakfast. So, based on that, we booked on the 11th. Sorry, no fridge or microwave in Rm 109. “What happened to breakfast?” I asked at 8AM on the morning of this trip. “Things have changed,” the desk clerk said. Pay for coffee, pay for breakfast. Three customers were already waiting at the bar with nothing out for them. Even getting a cup of juice wasn’t possible because the bar dispenser wasn’t working. We didn’t hang around to see how long it took to get the food and drinks served up. And the “curated vinyl record collection? One scratched Henry Mancini album. We won’t be back

Room was smaller than anticipated for a King room. No refrigerator, microwave, or—get this—closet space/luggage rack in the room. I was told they would find me a fridge for the room—it never happened (I asked 3 different desk clerks). Walls are paper thin, and the bar in the lobby isn’t open. Be warned: it’s an extra $35/night per pet, despite the listing leading to believe it’s a flat $35 pet fee. They kindly only charged me for one pet instead of both, when I pointed that out. Sauna was nice as was the pool area. Overall, this is just lipstick on the old Motel 6 on the edge of Moab on the way to Arches. Was not impressed.

The facility has gone through a recent renovation and looks nice. Lighting is quite dark especially in the bathroom. There were only 2-500 lumen bulb fixtures and with dark to earth tone tile throughout it was difficult to see. I requested a higher lumen set of bulbs but the desk clerk stated that "corporate" had done a recent energy audit and the 2-500 lumen bulbs were all that were available. Rooms are serviced every three days. If you want something more frequent you can request and I did. The room was never serviced during my three day stay. I daily requested some fresh towels from the desk clerk to get by. The room as an accessible room but was too tight for any accessibility for one infirmed. The bathroom was large compared to the sleeping area. The sink did not have an option for hot water. Basically tepid if you waited long enough and continued out put your hand in and out to trigger the mechanism. The hot tub, sauna and pool were very nice. I asked to have the temperature increased on the hot tub and the desk clerk took care of that and it was comfortable the next two nights. Breakfast was bagels, toast with peanut butter, butter, and jelly for spreads. There was fruit on two of the three mornings, boiled eggs and yogurt on one morning. Coffee and hot water were available. On day three I passed on the breakfast and went to Cactus Jacks in town which I highly recommend for breakfast.

Friendly front desk staff and thoughtful dog treats for pups. Cozy bed, hot shower, stylish ambiance, nice hot tub, pretty quiet and great location in North Moab. Drawbacks were pretty basic breakfast, no mini fridges in room (communal refrigerator on the floor) and our TV didn't work.

Such a cute hotel! The rooms are lovely, but a bit small. But if you’re in Moab, you aren’t in your room much anyways. Everyone who works here was so kind and friendly.
