The room was beautiful but extremely inconvenient. There was no space for suitcases, or toiletries in the bathroom. The lighting was so dim we couldn't read the bottles to know which was shampoo, etc, let alone shave or put in makeup. The sink is so shallow, we couldn't wash anything out...we had to use our cooler. The lighting was insufficient in the parking lot entrance, and you enter from a highway. It was the prettiest, most inconvenient place we've ever stayed.

Loved this hotel. Very stylish and felt very comfy. The pool is heated. The hot tub was nice and warm. It was a wonderful stay! Lots of restaurants around!

Very clean hotel. Staff was super friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting in the bathroom, and nowhere to hang anything. Just a hook would’ve been great. Overall positive experience.

Check in was great, every hotel should have a Roberto greeting the guests. He was AMAZING! The room was clean, bed comfortable and I appreciated the there’s a ice and water dispenser right by the elevator to fill up your water bottle. The location was perfect for our trip. We did truck trails and hiking. We will definitely be starting here again.

Hotel had very dark but pleasant decor. Room was dark and small. VERY poor lighting and no counter space in ADA bathroom. Continental breakfast was lacking fresh items (packaged pastries and stale breads). However, it was very clean and bed was comfortable.

The room just wasn't what I expected. The worst part was the bathroom, which had no counters for items and felt very cold. The room also lacked a closet for hanging clothes. Overall, the comfort level wasn't great.

Very comfortable and quiet. Easy parking, breakfast continental was good but little variety yet most adequate for our needs. Staff pleasant and helpful. Loved the rooms decor— done well and unique. Beautiful woodwork, excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Our room had extra local lore reading at our bedside and even a turntable to listen to vinyl records — few were included in the room. Impressed on the details. Thank you!

Parking was great. General appearance of the property was good. There were some issues that could have been addressed pro-actively such as gas fire pits were not operational, apparently never been connected. No ice, refrigerator or microwave machine on first floor. Drain blocked in shower reported on first day, never repaired after 4 days. Some suggested improvements are mount the TV in the center of the bed, or put a swivel mount, it was located in the corner of the room. Replace the record player with something useful like a mini fridge. Perhaps install a bar, there is already a perfect location for it. Joules and the female manage were very pleasant and helpful, the other two employees not so much. We would certainly come back if these issues were addressed.

The staff was wonderful. The General Manager, Hamid, extended us courtesies above and beyond what was required. The front desk lady, Jules, was terrific- so friendly and helpful. All of the staff were exceptional.
