Tommy smelled of smoke, moved , 2nd room was musty, 3rd room was ok but found someone’s dirty sock. Gym was dismal, treadmill, bike and exercise ball, that’s it. Breakfast was no existent, some bread, no juice machine, coffee and 2 half empty cereals. Some “hard boiled “ eggs that were literally raw, disgusting! Hallways smelled musty and carpet was in poor condition. Towels were well worn and only 3 were given. 1 tiny bottle of each shampoo & conditioner for 4 adults. Internet and tv weren’t working most of the night due to wind. Everything falling off the walls in the shower, afraid to touch it that it would break. Absolutely worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Women who checked us in tried to be helpful, man there in the morning was completely useless and rude.

The breakfast was fairly fresh but there was never enough say fruit by like 730 am. Maybe add a little coffee creamer variety coffee and room coffee are bland as hell. Basic. It's like coffee you'd find at a library, or at church. Not a fan. Grits are good though. Do enjoy the breakfast bowls I can make. But a gain alot of times there's no eggsnby 730. More fruit. Butter? Bagels. Something more than load bread. It's like living with minorites. And this is just constructive criticism, for the most part I thoroughly enjoy my stay at this establishment. No major complaints at all, just figure I'd request a little improvement as I myself intend to be staying for a while myself.

Staff, nice, roster tosts only one side of bread. TV did not work in first room, they moved me into another room to find out that their direct TV service is for 8 pitiful channels, no major network like abc. CBS, NBC. CNN Fox or any sports channels. How ridiculous. Breakfast nothing to brag about. Over all, never again. The question is why Best Western and Expedia provide access to this place for their customers.

Staff was great. I was very disappointed with my room. It was not clean, and there were crumbs on the floor and dust on the furniture. The bathroom also did not look well-kept. To make things worse, the TV in the room did not work at all. Overall, my experience was not good, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their cleanliness and fix their TV issues.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was good. Staff was polite- we were very happy with the recommendation we received for dinner in a nearby restaurant ( food was delicious and reasonably priced). Breakfast was meh .
