Overall, the room was decent and somewhat comfortable, but the property was super filthy garbage everywhere smelled like smoke. Breakfast was absolutely horrible over half the time there was nothing even out there to eat for an extra $140 bucks. I would’ve stayed around the corner at the real best Western. This spin off is a joke.

Bed bugs in my bed!!!!! I’ve formally complained to hotels.com, and provided them with pictures. The fact that the manager would not speak to us, after we left multiple messages made it even worse. All that happened was the housekeeping moved us to a new room. So I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!
