Cozy Vintage Studio Close To Downtown

The Warwick-Windsor condos were built in 1930 on picturesque Government Street two miles from downtown. This studio was furnished to be comfortable for any length stay and has a separate kitchen with its own dining area. The balcony is set back from the street, and the surrounding neighborhoods are very walkable and spectacular.

There is a 50" TV with a full sound system in the living area, and a wall-mounted TV in the kitchen. Downtown is a very short drive down Government Street, and there are an ALDI, Starbucks, and donut shop next door.

The live oaks in front of the building and along Government street are stunning, and there's a lot within walking distance or a short drive including Waffle House and great Chinese takeout.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Dauphin Street. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a balcony in the condo.

Cute, cozy apartment; however you do have to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage (no elevator).
