Ripped off by Extended Stay and Hotels.com

I got ripped off by Extended Stay America and Hotels.Com said there was nothing they could do. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk for over thirty minutes. I called the 1-800 number, but Extended Stay still could not locate any human to come to the front desk and check me in. I had to book another hotel because I couldn't get checked in! Extended Stay refused to honor my cancellation request. Hotels.COm LIED to me saying thy would handle it, but they emailed a few days later to say "Too bad, so sad." Now I am filing a dispute to the charge with my credit card. I will NEVER use Extended Stay America or Hotels.Com again.

Unfortunately the room was disgusting upon checking, the air conditioning smelled of damp moldy must, in the bathroom was only partially clean with another guest's vomit residue around and within the toilet and shower
