The lady at the desk that evening was very helpful and personable. She brought me up hypoallergenic pillow when I was having an allergy issue with the feather pillows and she wouldn’t even take a tip. Such professionalism. Better hang on to that worker and give her a raise to keep her. She makes your business shine.

I needed handle bars by the commode. When I checked in I was told no rooms had handle bars by the commode, so I used the bathroom in the lobby that is equipped with bars on the side and back. the next day I asked the front desk person again about bars in the room and she said she would check with maintenance and when I returned late pm I was told she found a room, but I was checking out next day and decided it was easier to use lobby b-room instead of packing all my stuff & move.

Trip to Florida

First room we had the tv didn’t work, they gave us another room that the tv worked in. The ac doesn’t remove the humidity and is very noisy.
