Good, but…

Approaching the property makes you kind of nervous; the lobby is smelly and old. However, the room was updated, comfortable, and the view from our room was wonderful as it overlooked the Pacific Ocean. The room wasn’t refreshed (or checked on and cleaned between nights). The property is not maintained well. For example, there was a stairway to the beach, and it was beautiful, but the stairs looked like they were in rough shape, the trash was not collected as it full. Another example was that a wooden beam holding one of the buildings up was chipped away revealing the metal beam in the middle. The service was fine, but everyone seemed kind of fake, or they were trying way too hard. Overall, might go again, but the property needs to be updated and upgraded. Not worth the price, and would rather stay in Seabrook.

The view was amazing, the employees were great. We had a kitchen but the stove had only 2 burners that work and the large one didn't . The rest of the place was kinda old and beachy, but comfortable. We might stay there again if we have a chance

Great place for families with kids without breaking the bank. This place is 5 mins drive from expensive seabrook accomodations

It is a unique place to stay. It feels like staying in a tree house above the ocean. I am looking forward to returning for a longer stay. It would be a wonderful place for an artist retreat.

I booked 2 Quine Ben room with ocean view They gave me old room with 1 king bed and said sofa counts as a second bed. (: Then I asked them to change it my daughter didn't wanna sleep in a same bed. The location and scenery and area around the hotel is amazing, so they have that going for them. The staff was friendly enough, we didn’t interact with them a lot. Other than that - it’s fairly run-down and in need of repair. The place could use some love. Overall a decent experience, and nothing was really bad - just showing its age and has some rough spots. They just changed the hours on the restaurant and so it’s not really open enough and requires reservations now - so keep that in mind. There are not a lot of stores in the area - so bring food and beverage from elsewhere.
