Just outside of old town Modena

We had a great stay in the attic apartment. It was very comfortable and suited our needs well. The owner was very available and responsive to any questions/concerns we had and reached out to us first to check that everything was going well with our stay. The location of the apartment is a short, very easy walk into old town Modena and provided a perfect base from which to explore.

Very well located, 10 min walk from historical center. Well equipped and perfectly clean.

Very nice. However, only aircon in the living room not in the bedroom (only fan). The sofa-bed in the living room is not as confortable as expected. But very Nice attention touches from the owner (all you need in the bathroom), coffee/tea/biscuits and even milk in the fridge and some sweets. And we enjoyed playing with the board games available in the apartment. Well suited for a family of 4.

Perfect host!

The apartment is absolutely charming. Betta has thought of everything. She provides a first aid kit, washcloths, teas and coffees, ample kitchen equipment and more. The place is immaculate as well. We were very happy here during our stay in Modena.
