Lady at the front desk wrote us down for 1 night when I paid for 2 through Expedia. Gave us a single night parking slip, double booked our room to a stranger with a key and the individual got into our room. The next day we went out for lunch and she also checked us out. I had to complain why my key wasn’t working and that’s when I found out. She tried making the excuse the system was slow, but at that point it’s straight negligence. I asked for a partial refund and they laughed. Do not recommend this hotel in the slightest.

Walked in and there was dead flies in one pf the beds. It supposed to be a NON SMOKING room and it smelled like cigarettes. There was 2 roaches that we saw. I took a picture but cant upload. . I would do zero stars but it wint give me the option. Also breakfast was included but we didn't want to eat after all that

Floors in room were filthy, no hot water in shower, the handicap room had a big lip to get into bathroom, and the shower floor was really slippery. Found a straw in drawer with residue on it will send pictures if you want

Room was reasonably appointed and surprisingly clean. Hotel is in really bad part of town and I didn’t feel safe at anytime during my stay. Property is open and accessible to anyone. Front desk clerk at check in was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the clerk at the front desk during check out was unfriendly and seemed inapproachable (since I also saw her when I helped my self to the very limited breakfast items and didn’t greet or acknowledged me).
