Was very happy until going to sleep, the train whistle is horribly loud, windows should be triple pained! Then we had to call twice for security to come quiet our neighbors because their yelling kept us up from 10:30 to 3:30 am.... please find a way to remind your guests at check-in that they should be considerate of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm!!!

Parking is the only thing that would keep me from returning. Valet is the worst I’ve ever experienced and the only self parking is across the street and it is an extra fee to park there. First hotel I’ve ever had to pay extra to park.

I was woken up at least 4 times by extremely loud train horns. This happend multiple times through the night making my stay not very restful. Be try disappointed in how loud this was. I was in the 10th floor yet it sounded like the noise was right outside the window.

It’s nothing specific about the hotel but it’s located right across from a railroad line that sounds off all night and is super disruptive and loud. Unless you have to be in this area and there are no other options, I’d find somewhere else to stay if you want to sleep.

Drunk guy stumbled into my room. The wall are so thin we heard everything from the couple fighting upstairs, to the kids running up and down the halls. The ac unit started making loud noises in the middle of the night that woke us up everytime it turned on. We just heard every noise in the hotel so sleep was impossible. The room. was wonderful though. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
