Staff super nice - I liked they do not have a pet fee. Room was very comfortable the bed was dreamy. Convenient parking across the street charges 3 dls less by the hotel than by the parking facility. Will come back if needed. Also lots of restaurants and things to do and see writhing walking distance.

Very nice hotel (condition), but it's surrounded by a rundown area of town. Biggest issue is the trains. They run all night about every 1 1/2 hours and blast their horn as they run through. It's extremely loud and wakes you up every time. Hard to get a good night's rest.

Property was fine, nice, clean and comfortable. The only issue was at check-in. I called 2hrs prior to check in and over the phone the staff stated my room was ready for early-check-in, I let them know I was only calling to confirm the room would be ready at 3pm (reg check-in time). Upon my arrival, 40min after regular check-in time, the staff tells me my room is not ready. I waited an extra 15-20min, then asked a different staff person to check if a room was available and they finally checked me in and gave the room keys (1 hour after regular check-in time).

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Dbl Tree. All the staff were nice, helpful and polite. The bedding was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The breakfast buffet was convenient and there is a Starbucks within walking distance.

Rooms could be updated to be more modern/ iser friendly. Old bath tib/shower and vanity in bathroom. The tv was only cable no internet options. The staff was very helpful and attentive to any needs I had Restaurant and bar had a decent selection The meals were very well prepared and tasty.
