Free internet with Roku available on both TV’s. A TV in living room and master bedroom. Brand new appliances and fully equipped to make those special meals. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower and shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer with soap & softener to keep your clothes squeaky clean. Iron and ironing board for that wrinkled garment. Two blocks from Stanislaus University. Emanuel Medical Center a few minutes away. Approximately 5 minutes from Costco and in the heart of Turlock shopping in the new and old areas of Turlock.
