Family friendly and large vacation home with beautifully landscaped garden and sea view.
Spend your vacation in this pleasant vacation home by the sea. You can look forward to two fully equipped floors here, so that two friendly families can enjoy their vacation here together, but still have privacy. Feel at home in the well-equipped house and spend many hours in the garden with pond or on the large roof terrace, from which you can look out over the sea. Let the evenings end with a barbecue and look forward to the next vacation days.
The sea is only a stone's throw away. Marina di Modica is known as the Pearl of the Ibleans, which is said to reflect the clarity of the water and the golden sand. You will therefore stay in an excellent position to experience the sea or explore the Iblea and Siracusana provinces. Visit Modica and Scicli or take slightly longer drives to Marzameni, Siracusa and Porto Palo. The lively town of Pozzallo can be reached after a few kilometers, from where you can take a catamaran to the island of Malta for day trips.
