Ancient building immersed in the Iblean countryside with views of the coast. We provide the part of the main floor consisting of entrance staircase, entrance hall, dining room, large reception hall, three large bedrooms with private bathrooms, each with a kit of towels for each guest, spacious kitchen, all for an area of mq.350 plus panoramic terrace of mq.150 overlooking the park and the coast. Inside the park there is a swimming pool and solarium. The villa is 10 minutes by car from the equipped beach of the town of Pozzallo from whose port it is possible to embark for Malta. Easily accessible are the Unesco heritage sites of the "late Baroque" (Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, etc.). It is a nineteenth-century Sicilian villa full of charm and beauty, a protected property for its cultural, architectural and landscape significance. It is an ideal residence for a stay away from all the hubbub, in large green spaces and fresh and airy environments.
