Blumarine is an exclusive villa with private swimming pool situated in a splendid sea front position in Marina di Modica, a small seaside resort on the southern coast of Sicily. This luxury, contemporary villa boasts large, panoramic terraces and a wellness room with sauna and Jacuzzi. Set over three floors, Blumarine features cosy interiors. The ground floor includes a sitting room, a kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite shower. On the first floor are a large living room, a second, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite shower and a bathroom. The second floor includes the master bedroom with en-suite shower and panoramic terrace. The villa is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, satellite receiver, washing machine, dishwasher and safe. All rooms have air conditioning. Blumarine is also a perfect base for visiting the baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.
