This hotel is a scam. They have no one to check you in or help you out. The self-check-in machine didn't have my reservation details, so I wasn't able to check in. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, an AI bot messaged me back saying it couldn't locate my reservation in their system. I ended up booking at another hotel, and they refused to give me my money back. This hotel should be shut down because it is a scam.

The room was tidy, clean and functioned well. The contemporary design scheme was simple and attractive. Check in and room access via smartphone was easy. Location was perfect for what we were looking for. It was good but noisy. A huge geouo of men checking in which was a bit nerve wracking. Had to walk through the middle of them each time. Super noisy people this morning. Room was great though
