About this space
Nestled in the sprawling grounds of the old Moffat Manor, relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views from the elevated position overlooking the park this charming holiday home has to offer.
With 3 bedrooms and sleeping up to 6 guests, there is a spacious, well equipped and beautifully presented sitting, dining and kitchen area and wrap around decking to soak up the views.
The park boasts it's own Loch for fishing, play park & lots to discover within the grounds.

The space
The holiday home is situated at the highest point of the park meaning there are beautiful views to the rolling hills beyond, take it all in with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the wrap round decking, the perfect way to relax.
A spacious open plan sitting, dining & kitchen area mean meal preparation is a social event and with the fully equipped kitchen cooking a light lunch or full evening meal is a breeze!
There are 3 cheerfully presented bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms. The double bedroom has a connecting door to the main bathroom but there is also an additional cloakroom for convenience.
The holiday park itself has it's own large Loch which is perfect for fishing enthusiasts. The grounds are large and great for exploring with woodland walks and plenty of space for to run around, children will be excited to ramble and is the perfect setting to make great family memories.
Only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful town of Moffat, here you will find lots of independent retailers and plenty of activities.
If you love to walk or are a nature lover, visit the Grey Mare's Tail where you will find incredible views, Lochs and one of the highest waterfalls in the UK.
There is on site parking for 2 cars.
