This apartment is your dream refuge in the sunny south of Gran Canaria, where comfort and relaxation merge with the natural beauty that surrounds it.
Located at the back of a residential building located on the 1st line of Playa de Mogán. It has a large terrace with mountain views and a rest area.
The house with a modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Private terrace with mountain views, outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Ideal for enjoying the sun or a dinner under the stars, always with unforgettable views of the mountains.
- New, equipped kitchen and kitchen utensils.
- Living room with sofa, dining table, smart TV and air conditioning.
- A bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine.
- Private parking in the same building for the exclusive use of our guests, so you don't have to worry about your car.
In addition, you will enjoy free and unlimited Wi-Fi in all rooms, so you can be connected whenever you need it.
The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort you would expect, as well as wonderful views.
