Summary:

Spacious four-bedroom holiday home over three floors in Puerto de Mogán, ideal for families or groups. Three bedrooms have queen beds, while the fourth suits children with bunk beds and a travel cot. The home offers plenty of space to relax, perfect for short breaks or longer stays. A private balcony with lovely views over Mogán is a highlight, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.



The Space:

When you enter the property downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and a shower room. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to dine in



Up to the second floor there is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom which contains a bunk bed and travel cot. There is an additional shower room on this floor.



On the top floor is a spacious roof terrace which gives you views over the town of Mogan. There is sunloungers for you to soak up the Spanish sun, as well as a BBQ and small kitchenette with fridge and washing machine.



Casa Piedras has full room Aircon in the living area, a portable Aircon unit in one bedroom and fans in the others

Great terrace on townhouse

The townhouse was as expected, a spacious house with a great roof terrace with plenty of seating and a great gas barbecue. The lounge was light and airy having been decorated in white. However, the hallway and stairway could have done with repainting which could also lighten up that area to make it more welcoming. The paintwork on the handrails also needed a deep clean, not the job of the cleaners who were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised at the white goods in the house....a dishwasher plus a washing machine and a drier both of which looked new. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There was a large fridge freezer and a new induction hob, no oven but a multi cook microwave. Again, the kitchen could do with a repainting and finishing off where an appliance had been removed. There was plenty of very hot water in the kitchen and in the shower rooms. We did spend time sorting out the terrace which the previous tourists had maybe not done. We enjoyed our time there and the house has great potential.

Ideal location

House is in a great location in the heart of Puerto de Mogan, a couple of minutes from the supermarket, beach and restaurants. It is very spacious, and was well-equipped. It could do with being renovated - new bathrooms and kitchens, decor - but I think that's reflected in the price, and the photos are honest. The roof terrace is really nice, it's more up to date and has a view of the sea and plenty of different areas to sit, parasols etc. Check in was easy, the property manager takes a while to get back to messages but she did things like arrange transfers which all went smoothly. Overall it's a comfortable house with lots of space for a larger group in a good location.

Spacious, great location and stunning roof terrace

Ample space for eight people with three good size double bedrooms and one with single bunk beds. Downstairs shaded eating area for six, as shown in feature photo, large sitting room with TV and great roof terrace although the photos are not recent. The roof also has a kitchen area and bbq plus a fridge just inside next to a washing machine and dryer. This is one of the original houses on a quiet lane in the older part of town and but only a short walk to the both the beach and port with all the restaurants and bars. The only fault we had was the awkward positioning of the kitchen sink.

Stunning roof terrace in quiet area

Rene was very responsive and easy to deal with. The house was very clean and towels were provided on each bed. It is set in a quiet area away from the road and has good wifi, but the highlight is the stunning roof terrace. It is large, well furnished and in December had sun on it from about 8.30am to 5pm. Puerto Mogan is a very pretty resort with a lovely beach, harbour and lots of restaurants.

Comfortable and generously equipped

Plenty of room for 8, lots of equipment. Excellent and large roof terrace with BBQ, second fridge and crockery etc. Very comfortable and friendly helpful contact with the owner and local rep. Kitchen and some other bits need some maintenance but that didn't affect our enjoyment.

Old but comfy

Could see from the pictures that this was an old fashioned property but roof terrace sold it to us. We were not wrong- property was in need of updating but spotlessly clean and very comfy with everything you would need. Roof terrace was amazing and we spent most of our time there. Patrick and Rene were very helpful.

Viel Platz-gute Lage-tolle Dachterrasse

Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus liegt ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Strandpromenade. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig und für eine größere Personenzahl geeignet. Es gibt 8 Schlafplätze und ein Kinderbett. Der Wasserdruck in der oberen Dusche könnte stärker sein. Das Mobiliar sowie die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter, die Betten sind gut. Ein Supermarkt mit akzeptablen Preisen und viele Restaurants befinden sich in Laufweite. Mit Tagesgästen ist der Ort gut gefüllt, doch abends ist es ruhig. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

sehr zentrale Lage mit super Dachterrasse. 3 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Bädern, das untere etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war weder das Geschirr noch der Grill von den Vormietern sauber hinterlassen worden. Kurze Wege zum Strand (200m) und zu den Kneipen (50m)

Schöne Familienunterkunft in nettem Ort

Hier haben wir eine angenehme Woche verbracht. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief persönlich, freundlich und problemlos. Haus und Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein paar Sandspielzeuge für Kinder waren vorhanden. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants, Eisdiele und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Playa de Mogan. Auch der Ort ist eine angenehme Abwechslung von den Massenunterkünften an der Südküste.
