The house is perfectly located in Puerto de Mogan, which is a little gem on Gran Canaria
with the island's best climate, a fine sandy beach and cozy marina with lots of restaurants. Completely renovated in 2021 and fully equipped.
On the lower floor is the first bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine
On the middle level there is a kitchen/living room and a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Smart TV with satellite receiver, internet radio and WiFi are also available
Upstairs there is another bedroom with shower and toilet as well as a sunny roof terrace with space for four people and a Weber gas grill
