Marvelous apartment consisting of living, dining, kitchen, bath with wc, 3 small bedrooms: 2 with queensize doublebeds and one with a single bed. Each bedroom equipped with TV for terrestrial programms and sat TV in the living room. The apartment has a second dining space on the terrace, for 5 to 6 persons and a small breakfast table, two lounge chairs to be enjoyed on the terrace. The terrace contains many plants adding to the atmosphere and provides an amazing panoramic view towards the beach and ocean, which you can reach in a walking distant under 5 minutes.
All furniture included, the kitchen is made of true massive wood, couch of real leather and the shower base is made of natural stone. Fully renovated 3 years ago and in excellent condition. The floors are tile which provides easy cleaning.
The village is a small coastal place with one of the few natural sand beaches on the island an is the best wind protected and sunny space with the best weather on the whole island. Easy to reach from the airport with the 91 global bus which also goes directly to the capital Las Palmas.
