Zen House Holiday Home with Sea View, Communal Pool, and Wi-Fi

With stunning views of the Atlantic, the recently renovated "Zen House" holiday home is located in Puerto Rico. The 50 m² property features a private terrace, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in.



Amenities include air conditioning with heat pump, high-speed Wi-Fi (for high connectivity needs, we recommend having a mobile data plan as backup), smart TV with satellite channels and streaming services, and a washing machine. For stays longer than 10 days, extra bed linen and towels are available for self-service change; on request and subject to availability, extra cleaning during your stay is available for an extra fee. Cleaning supplies are provided.



Within the residence, you will find a fenced heated pool with outdoor shower, accessible with a personal card. Pool hours follow condominium rules. The house is about 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from public transport stops within walking distance. Puerto Rico center is 500 meters away, supermarket 300 meters. Free street parking is available. Reserved parking is available on request for an extra fee.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The apartment is on the third level; the elevator reaches the first level. The interior is all on one floor.
