This property is in a quiet residential area, so parties, events, or disturbances to neighbors are strictly forbidden. Overcrowding beyond the agreed occupancy is not allowed unless pre-authorized. Smoking is prohibited indoors but permitted on open terraces or balconies. Guests are expected to handle furniture and grass with care.



A refundable deposit of €450 is required to cover potential damages, with full reimbursement subject to a satisfactory inspection at check-out. Guests are encouraged to report any existing damages during check-in to avoid misunderstandings.



A dog is allowed with a €100 surcharge for the entire stay. Non-compliance with any conditions may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
