Bright and spacious apartment on the top floor of a building with elevator, located in a quiet panoramic area of Moggio. Recently renovated, it offers all modern comforts without sacrificing the charm of mountain houses: some wooden furniture and the characteristic decorative fireplace (not usable) create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a holiday in any season. The real strength of the house is the beautiful open view of the surrounding mountains, which you can admire comfortably from the terrace and balcony.
The living area is large and bright, with a cozy relaxation area consisting of a double sofa bed, armchair, TV and direct access to the panoramic terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking. The kitchen is separate and habitable, equipped with a dining table, induction stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and everything necessary to prepare meals independently.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and access to the balcony with great mountain views. The second bedroom, furnished in authentic Alpine retreat style, is equipped with two bunk beds and can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for children, teenagers or groups of friends.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and is the ideal solution for large families, groups of friends and nature lovers who want to explore Valsassina. It's a great starting point for walks, trekking, mountain biking, skiing days during the winter or simply to treat yourself to a few days of tranquility while breathing in the fresh air of the Alps.
The apartment is located in Moggio, along the quiet road that leads to the hamlet of Concenedo, in the upper part of the Valsassino plateau. The town center is also easily accessible on foot and offers some bars, restaurants and a grocery store. In the opposite direction are the Concenedo kiosk, perfect for breakfasts and aperitifs surrounded by greenery, and the La Possa Farmhouse. In a few minutes by car you can also reach Cassina Valsassina, Cremeno and Barzio, where supermarkets, shops and numerous clubs are available.
Moggio is connected to Lecco by the D35 bus line, although the schedules are rather limited, especially in the evening and on holidays, so the car is recommended for moving more freely. One of the great advantages of this location is the proximity to Lake Como, which can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by car: you can thus alternate days between mountain trails, alpine villages and the wonders of the lake, living a holiday full of different experiences.
