Essence Room at The Mill Retreat by Portugal Active is an intimate and welcoming space, inspired by harmony and the beauty of life. Accommodating up to two guests, it features a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a seating area, and a private bathroom with shower.

The Baroque-inspired décor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, encouraging guests to relax and open their hearts, experiencing the pure essence of the Douro Valley.

Guests also enjoy access to the shared areas of The Mill Retreat with Pool & BBQ by Portugal Active: lush gardens, terraces with mountain views, two swimming pools (including a natural pool), and a barbecue area — perfect for leisure, relaxation, and social moments.

Note: All outdoor areas are shared with other guests. The room is the only fully private space.
