This 2 bedroom two bathroom apartment is in the very popular Oasis Del Mar complex which is located just across the road from the beach and only a few minutes’ walk from the most popular and highly rated restaurants in Mojacar.
The front entrance opens into a hallway giving access to a separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
The spacious lounge/dining room offers seating for four people and gives access to the large terrace with a seating area and sun loungers. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea that is just a stone’s throw away.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and windows that allow you to fully enjoy those sea views. The en suite bathroom has a huge walk in shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. Buenas estancia, complejo tranquilo, apartamento limpio y amplio. Como punto negativo, es que los agentes de la inmobiliaria no hablan español ninguno, estando en suelo español, o hablas inglés y la comunicación es horrible.
